Start an affiliate programme

Let other people promote your products and pay them only for sales.

You set the commission, share one invite link, and let attribution and reversal run themselves. You pay affiliates yourself, by bank transfer, only after a sale is already in your account, so your affiliates need to be in your own country.

1

Set your terms

Choose a commission (a percentage of the sale or a flat amount), plus how long the referral cookie lasts and the balance at which you will typically pay out. You can override the rate for an individual affiliate later.

2

Share your invite link

One link covers both cases: somebody new registers through it, and somebody who already has an affiliate account joins your programme with a click. Approve sign-ups yourself, or let them start immediately. Because you pay by bank transfer, the invite only accepts affiliates in your country. The sign-up form says so and locks the country to yours.

3

They promote, you track

Each affiliate gets their own tracking link and QR code per product. A sale through that link records a commission automatically, and reverses it automatically if the order is refunded.

4

Pay them

Each affiliate gives you their bank name, account number and account holder in their own settings, and you see those on your Affiliates page. Transfer the cleared amount from your bank, then press Pay to record it. That marks the commissions paid and emails the affiliate. Paysana never holds or sends this money: the sale settled into your own gateway, so the commission is yours to pay.

Worth knowing

  • Affiliates get their own portal showing earnings, referred customers, payouts, links and bonus offers.
  • You cannot press Pay for an affiliate who has not filled in all three bank details. Their balance simply carries forward until they do.
  • Referring another business to Paysana is a different thing: that earns you account credit off your own Paysana bill. See "Refer a business, earn credit".
  • Suspending an affiliate stops new attribution but leaves their history intact.
