What each status means, and how the business pays you.
A commission is recorded when a referred order is paid. It then moves through a few states before it becomes money in your account.
Every referred order is listed with what it earned and its status: pending while it settles, cleared once it is payable, paid out once it has been sent, and reversed if the buyer was refunded.
If a buyer is refunded, the commission on that order is reversed automatically. That is not a penalty: the sale simply did not stand.
Payouts shows what has cleared, what is still pending, and the balance at which the business typically pays. Below that, your balance simply carries forward rather than disappearing.
The business pays you directly, by bank transfer to the account in your settings. Paysana never holds the money. When they have transferred, they press Pay on their side, which marks the commissions paid, records the payout here and emails you. Allow a few working days for the transfer itself.
